A concessional WA transfer-duty rate for eligible first-home buyers purchasing a home or vacant land.
Why this matters to a foreign buyer
For contracts from 7 May 2026, Perth homes up to $600,000 can qualify for no transfer duty and homes above that amount up to $800,000 can receive a concession. Any foreign purchaser's interest can still attract foreign transfer duty.
