A one-off WA payment of up to $10,000 for eligible first-home buyers who buy or build a new home or a substantially renovated home.
Why this matters to a foreign buyer
Foreign-buyer warning: you are not eligible if no applicant is an Australian citizen or permanent resident. The grant is not available for an established home, and the Perth value cap is $800,000 for eligible transactions commencing on or after 7 May 2026.
